Welcome to the Simple QI Collaborative
Calling on GP Practices across the Adelaide region!
Enhancing Quality Care for GP Practices in the Adelaide Region
The Simple QI Collaborative empowers General Practices in the Adelaide region to enhance care quality, improve efficiency, and foster continuous improvement. In partnership with PenCS, this program provides tools, training, and collaboration opportunities to drive positive change and achieve better health outcomes.
Why Are We Doing This?
-
Since 2019, the National QI Program has provided funding to improve outcomes across the primary care sector. However, despite this investment, the results have not significantly improved. This highlights the need for a fresh approach to quality improvement that truly resonates with the unique challenges and strengths of our regional communities.
-
The Simple QI Collaborative offers an opportunity to work together, share best practices, and foster collaboration across providers in our region. By pooling our collective knowledge and experience, we can meet compliance obligations more effectively while simultaneously addressing other critical areas of our services.
